Thanks for asking, Red. Matter of fact the upgrade is done, most of the fallout has been cleaned up, and nobody died. Lots of work but it is indeed pretty much over. We'll deal with the new bugs as they expose themselves but that's pretty routine. At least most of the old bugs have been stomped out in this release.

"Nobody died" is much more meaningful with patient record software than with financial accounting software, etc.

The system is the legal patient record for visits during its existance (last six years or so). But it is quite incomplete until some time after discharge. Most medical decisions made during the course of treatment are supported by the clinical documentation system. My system sometimes seems to be more about patient litigation than patient care.
