Looks like a work of art there, Jonas! I'll have to show it to Andy.

I've got my parents up for the weekend to celebrate Mothers Day. Dad and I will be taking Mom out to dinner on Sunday and today I'm hoping to head out and do some shopping for my sisters upcoming 40th birthday. If the weather holds out I need to find some time to fix my truck, the nuts holding my 02 sensor rotted and fell off so I need to replace those and put a new gasket on the 02 sensor.

I was going to claybar the car today (Berkeley Springs left some crud that I can't seem to get off without a lot of rubbing), but rain this morning put a stop to that. The afternoon is supposed to dry up, so we'll see.

Virginija is singing a wedding this afternoon, then her usual cantoring job, then she wants to see a Lithuanian soprano in concert this evening, so I'll be spending most of the day with Anika. If the car gets washed, maybe we'll go out for a short drive, maybe buy something for mom for Mother's Day.

Hey Rob! I saw that you had posted on that thread. Probably the first time we 'spoke'.

I just went back and looked. October 16, 2002. That probably is the first time we talked. We've been friends for over 2 1/2 years.

Good things have happened here.

Do you have any recordings of Virginija singing a wedding? I'd love to hear it if you could burn it onto a CD.
We've been trying to get some on tape for some time now - that's why I bought her a digital recorder last Christmas. I'll see if I can get her to use it today.

Sorry, Rob, Virginija didn't want to tape this one - I won't tell you what words she used in speaking about the organ at that church! We'll get something good recorded eventually.

As for the clay bar, the rain stopped pretty early, so I was able to get the S clay barred and a new coat of Zaino (Z1 & Z2). I expect to get another coat in tomorrow, and a couple during the week if it stays dry. I was really happy to see how good my paint is after 3 years.

I took ownership of my new (to me) house on Friday night. This next weekend I'm going to attempt to pack up my old place and move everything to the new place all in about 2 days.

Congrats on the home ownership!

This coming weekend, Rick and I are meeting up with the New England group for a ride in the western part of the state, known as the Mohawk Trail BBQ lunch as well.
Looking forward to it as it had been previously rained out............we've had a lot of that "rained out" stuff this spring in MA.
