Heading to NC to visit son and maybe spend some time at the beautiful NC shore. WOOHOO -- weekend corner!!!

 

Going to Toronto to loose my virginity, aaahhhhhh, that's my Zaino virginity...

 

Well, we were looking for company there this weekend... Come on over.

 

Two days of autocross. I'm hoping for good weather.

 

The beach all weekend. Maybe a little sailing. maybe some fishing. Whatever life blows our way.

I'm taking tomorrow (Friday) off. That alone is a major accomplishment.

Tomorrow I'm going to my son Adam's school to watch and help out with the 5th grade Walk-A-Thon.

After that the weekend is open. We're going to "play it by ear".

Heading out (alone) tomorrow evening towards Canada - stopping for the night north of Detroit, then Saturday going for a final test ride, and probably purchasing that Carbon Fiber Canoe. The company is in London, Ontario, and they've finished manufacturing the one I want. I need to get back before evening (5 hours total each way) since Virginija and I have tickets to the Carousel Dinner Theater in the evening. Gonna be a full day!

Thanks Deb. We thought we'd make a 4 day weekend out of it, and plan almost nothing. I'm sure there's a car wash and drive somewhere in there.

I am ashamed to say that tomorrow is one of maybe a handful of days that I've ever taken off in my life just for the sake of taking the day off. I'm beginning to feel guilty about it.

 

There should be no guilt involved, Rob. You have earned this and your family deserves it. Just allow yourself this reward for all of your years of dedication and strong work ethic.
