Getting ready for the Navy/Notre Dame game in Baltimore on Sat. Hope the wet weather improves by game time. Sun is looking perfect for the MC Marathon. Wish Vito luck!!

Low key weekend coming up. I'll be doing a bit of babysitting for the grandchildren on Friday night. Warning, that is usually followed by pics being posted here. I've selected a few favorite pics from those I've taken at S2000 meets (scenic ones) and will have them printed up for framing. Also need to have other pics printed up as well.

Also on my "to do" list is to pick up the book, " Gods and Generals". Ms. P's +1 assures me that if I enjoyed "Killer Angels" I will enjoy this one as well.

Edit: And good luck to Vito for his Marathon.

Leading a drive over Monticello Mountain in Charlottesville on Sunday and then eating BBQ with a bunch of really nice people...a combined S2ki/S2kCA weekend drive.

Ken, when you get a chance, can you PM me that route? Since we will be spending time in VA prior to SF, we'll be looking for suggestions for roads to drive.

Monticello is on the "to do" list.

Nada. I think there may be an NSX meet not too far away so I may go look on their site. The weather is really nice. I should do something fun.

More snow predicted this weekend. Got the snowplow and snowblower out of storage today. Contemplating putting the S away.

Here you go...https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...&f=47&t=433186
(and I'll pm it as well).

Monticello is just at the top of the mountain. The entrance is easy to get to (now that they've moved it to the right side of the road). Sometimes the waits can get a little long but the tour and the grounds are worth it.
