I am going to attempt to make a flyer for Andy with photos of his RV/Boat storage place, for mailers. It's done but now we have to get people aware of it. I wish I was one of the young'ns who could whip it out in a few minutes.
If I have success with that, I'm going to drain the jacuzzi and wax it. It's acrylic and has recently gotten a rough finish on it. I'm thinking I'll put on my bathing suit and keep my tan going as a side benefit.
We just got back from a nice ride in the S and a nice walk at a state park in RI. It's on the waters of Narragansett Bay, so the views are pretty nice.
We walked over an hour, but my heart just wasn't in it today. I was feeling tired and lazy. But we kept walking.
Then we threw caution to the wind and stopped for clam cakes on the way home. So much for doing something healthy today. For those of you not familar, they are bascially balls of fried dough with pieces of clams (allegedly) within.
It's maybe a once a year indulgence. It's one of those things that after you eat it , you say, "why did I eat that?"
When I went back outside on Sunday, there was a fire across the way. The wind was fanning it toward the area that was burned a couple summers ago, but the fire department got it out before it got too far.

This Sat I'm planning on taking the ferry across Lake Champlain over to Burlington Vt to the S2000 meet there. Right now it looks like there will be 15-20 cars. Should be a good day of driving some of the back roads of Vt., having some eats and sharing stories.

I get to go to Toronto for an Eric Clapton concert, a birthday gift from my daughter. She and I both enjoy his music, I since the 60's, she for the last six years. If the weather permits we will take a drive down to Niagara Falls, it's been a few years since she has been there. Alan gets to stay home and feed the cats between kayaking trips.
