Easter Sunday with time spent in church and with family at brunch. Saturday wash the S2000 and help my oldest daughter clean her 05 S40. Helping youngest daughter reformat her new laptop - she has a trogen horse virus.

I'm heading home to Rhode Island to spend Easter with my family whom I haven't seen since Christmas so we will have a lot of catching up to do. I'm taking the S it will be its first big trip of the season.
The bears have awoken from their slumber in my neighborhood I heard the first one of the season hooting this morning at about 5 a.m.

I'm looking forward to a 4 day weekend. I haven't had much time off lately.

Not me, I'm looking forward to a 1 day weekend. We've been going 7 days a week since January 15th.

on the traffic issue. I guess any place that is a beautiful spot in the USA draws a crowd. Is it any better during the middle of the week vs a weekend?

Maybe we can plan our outings around that.
I think any popular place is better on week days than weekends. Especially tourist traps.

Anyone doing anything exciting this weekend? We don't really celebrate Easter, but tomorrow I'll probably hide some chocolate eggs for Ally around the yard or the house, depending on the weather.

In the next day or so, Rick will grab our suitcases out of the attic, and I need to start getting things ready for our trip next weekend. We've also got yardwork and tons of things to do around the house.

So this weekend is pretty much a loser. Next weekend we'll be on VACATION!

Glad you are back in the normal mode, Lainey! I must say I get squeamish about the discussion of having things rammed up orifices that were not intended to be receptacles!

Back to normal today. Hope I didn't scare you away this week with the subject matter in the other thread. I've got a brother in law who is very squeamish. My sister is a nurse. She would describe various procedures and the poor guy would get pale and his palms would sweat.
