I'm going up to Lubbock in the S2K for a bridge tournament this weekend. Wish me luck at the table.

 

Good Luck Ed!! The weather-guessers are calling for snow showers here every day into early next week, so my travel plans are on hold.

This weekend will be spent mostly with my bro and his family, who will be visiting from AZ. The whole family (bro, SIL and two nephews) has not been here in five years, so will be quite an event. I hope to be celebrating the sale of my former condo. The contract is taking forever (countering alot), but today may be the day of ratification (I hope). I have another one as a backup, but it is not as good. And will be preparing to move my furniture from the old condo to the new next Tues.

Also, the +1 learned that the judge mailed out the decision on his divorce yesterday (Valentine's Day???!!! - what timing). Details to be determined when his lawyer receives it. So, we will at least be celebrating it being final after contentious proceedings.

 

MsP!! Going to see a local production of Cats and out to dinner with some friends (that is if +1 gets all better). Thankfully +1 is improving, but the youngest called and asked to come home for a day/two for some tlc from mom. She's sick, so I'll be getting her to the doctor's office today and hopefully I can close down the "nursing home" I seem to be running the past few days.

 

Dealing with the current chemo crap, which sucks. I've lost about 20lbs since early January due to dehydration and other issues. That puts me right at 152lbs nekkid. +1 has Monday off so it's a 3-day weekend for us; I have a feeling it'll be something of a disconect weekend...

 

Its that time of year again. Working all weekend.

I'm counting the days till we go to see the mouse in Florida, and then to SF06. Those events will be GREAT therapy!!!
