Great photos, Rob. Thank you. I guess you know how to dress to walk around in that snow. I don't. Do you wear tall boots?

Actually, in the dead of the winter we get all bundled up, but today was warmer, only about 30*. We wore jackets and gloves but no big snow boots or heavy garments. The snow was wet and heavy and as you can imagine after a few hours of using the snowblower and shoveling we were soaked. We were so wet when we came in we had to change all of our clothes.

Now that's some snow! Sorry, Rob...ours looked nice coming down, but didn't really stick. Which is good for the marathon tomorrow. Except it's going to be a mud pit over at the Iwo Jima grounds. Some turf reclamation will definitely be in order! It will be 38 when we man the booth at 9 AM.

Areas to the west of us are dealing with a foot+ of snow. MA Jerry likely isn't having fun.
We'll have a bit of slush at the most tomorrow. Living close to the ocean often means we get rain when others are getting snow. I'm not complaining!

We just stuck a yardstick into the snow on the deck. We have 16 1/2 inches and it's still snowing. The snow is expected to stop by about 2:00 or 3:00 am.
We're hearing trees snap, but it's too dark to see.

Thank you for the beautiful pics, Rob. I really do not like snow. It is frightening when the tree limbs start snapping because frequently that leads to a power outage. Brrrr. Makes me cold thinking about it. As much as I do not like mosquitoes and other things that dwell here in Insectopia where I live, I like snow and ice even less. Kudos to Adam for pressing forward and digging himself out! He's a real go-getter.
