Anika and I are leaving in about 30 minutes. We're taking 555 down to check out how the thunderstorms of the past 2 weeks have affected the road - hopefully not much!

We hope to be at the Hampton by around 3:30 or so.

Safe travels everyone!

I arrived at the Hampton Inn at about 2:20 pm. Gene, Jonas and Vyk are already here, judging by the cars. I ended up with a red S! That is, my Toyota Corolla is red and it does have a red S on the trunk.

Greetings from Marietta.

Posting after a GREAT drive today. Jonas gets an A+ for his (new) route selection.

Thanks for all the hard work that you, Sam and your helpers put into making this a enjoyable event.

We just got home from the Tomcatt. Had a great time, as usual, thanks to Jonas for all the work into this event.
Really nice to meet some of the new folks and seeing all the old timers !

ATTENTION: History has been made at this event also. Ken (kgf3076) actually went in the touring group !

Jonas and Virginja, thank you both so much for going to all the effort to put this on for us. I really enjoyed my trip and seeing my Vintage friends and making some new ones. I'm in Columbus airport and should board in 12 minutes so I had better get to the new gate assigned. BTW, nice Honda displays in this airport. Maybe that's why Dennis asked me what I thought of Columbus Airport. I took a photo or two of the Honda V6 engine on display. May be the same one that's in my Crosstour.

Arrived home an hour ago. Had a wonderful run up 26 and then 800. I had both roads to myself. No rain until Ashland, OH. then fairly showery until just south of Detroit.
Thank you all for a fantastic weekend. Special thanks to those who put it together and took care of us all.
