Welcome, Zane! Sam told me about you a couple weeks ago.
As a latecomer, I suggest you go back in this thread and check out all of my posts to get up to speed on the swchedule of activities and other requirements.

UPDATE: Ignore the following. The room is actually available. 
I just found out that the conference room that we were hoping to use for Saturday evening's revelries will be under construction this weekend - they are redoing all the bathrooms I guess. We have the option of the common area to hang out, but I'd be uncomfortable with the possibility of the noise bothering others. Shelley is looking into a conference room at the new Microtel next door that they are affiliated with. It would cost us, though - the room would be about $125 (prob + tax) so a bit less than $4 each for the 35 of us.
Opinions? I'm moving on this by tomorrow, so answer quickly. Since it involves asking you all to contribute, I don't want to do it if people object.
