Is that funny as in "funny uncle" funny or funny as in humorous?

And to keep this more or less on topic, Jonas, can you post (or create) a rough itinerary so we know what's happening when?

Jonas, you forgot a couple of important events on your list:

1. Arrive
1a. Cocktail Hour
2. Eat
2b. Room 314 Socializing/Night-cap
3. Drive
4. Eat
4a. Room 314 Heavy Socializing/Partying/Enjoying some fine libations
5. Go home.

Oh, there has to be some sleepy time somewhere in there.

1. I'm afraid to ask what "funny uncle" means, and as you well know, I mean "deadly" funny, as in scarcastic, cutting edge, dry, and otherwise multi-dimensional humor (I really don't know what that last one means either, so don't ask).
2. And, why have I you here, I sent you a post about if you wanted any company running your errands Friday to speak up. On an earlier post you said you weren't bringing the "other," but later I noticed that you said you were bringing someone. Maybe your wife couldn't come, but your girl friend could, I don't know, ha! Sorry in advance if I'm out of line; at my age I take it that everyone is happily married (or they have split up by now), so it's OK to kid about the "other."

Canberra and I will caravan out from the DC area together. Unfortunately (for me, not so much for Roy I'm sure) I prefer my darling wife (also known as MDW). We'll run the last 3.5 to 4 hours together. Funny uncle as in that uncle your aunt locked in the attic...you know, the one that drools and likes small animals...

I think you can unsubscribe from the conversation once you've replied.

Sorry about that - it was supposed to be a bunch of separate converasations, but I missed some commas the first time. Oh well....
