We are losing our free dog sitter for a while since they opened the Canadian border. They crossed over up in northern MI two hours after it opened at midnight. They have a new cottage they have not been able to use for two years. They were willing to take Roxy to keep their dog company but we passed on that offer. She did not eat or sleep today but behaved herself (did not attack another dog). She gets test two on Thursday for another 5 hours. If all goes well she will be there Sunday and Monday since we will be with friends in Grand Rapids. Watching the video feed the dozens and dozens of dogs are in constant motion in different fenced off areas. They do have a lights out small cage break to sleep at mid-day.

We were finally able to get our new kitten into the vet for a check-up and shots, Covid19 has really backed things up for vets it seems. It turns out that Rocky is a female, we were told it was a male by the people who gave us the kitten. We later determined that the kitten was a good 4 weeks younger than what they had reported to us, so it was very hard for us to tell if it was a male or female. We were sure there were some testicles starting to show up but we guessed wrong. We love her but we need to determine a new name for her, quite a change of events.

Thanks for the replies, yes some kind of derivative close to Rocky would work, like all of those mentioned above, we have a decision to make now, thanks everyone.

They have a video feed as well, we like to be able check in on our dog while we’re away.
