He’s surrounded by strange people and may not know who to protect against. My advice would be to assign someone to feed him, and be with him for a good percent of the time when he’s around ppl coming and going.

3-14-2021. Maury didn't last long in 29°F and drifts; just one minute.

^He brought me his bee wand toy.

^ He loves chasing it and catching it. He drags the bee and the wand around the house and brings it up on the bed when I'm sound asleep. He never meows but sometimes I'll wake up and realize he's brought it and he wants me to play with him.

After a couple of weeks in the workshop/garage building, we let the three kittens out last weekend. I opened the door from the workshop to the garage, then I sat in the car and opened one of the garage doors. After about 45 minutes they started peeking out, but there was no point at which all three left the building. An hour later two of them finally left for good, and another half hour later I gave up, figuring 2 out of 3 ain't bad (hat-tip: Marvin Aday) and closed up for the night.

We put the trap and some litter in the garage in the hopes we'd catch the third kitten but weren't having any luck. Yesterday my wife noticed some disturbances in the workshop, so we set up the trap in there, and this morning we found our littlest ninja, Tom:

I took him outside and placed him next to the bowl we've put out to feed up to 5 cats (Horse, Jess, Junior, Winston and Tom), and when I opened the trap he bounded off to find his family. He went in the wrong direction, back to where he was born, but hopefully he'll come back tonight to sniff around and reunite with his brothers.

I noticed Morgan's been shedding her winter coat so I decided to try to brush her. One attempt earlier yesterday didn't work, so I waited until she was sitting next to me on my chair in the evening. OMG, after just a short while she totally relaxed. I got a lot of fur off of her and when I finished she was so relaxed she looked like a person who just had a great massage. I didn't get every part of her, but took off plenty of fur. No pic as if I had moved, she would have bolted from the chair.

I used this "brush" which the vet recommended to me years ago for our other cats.
FURminator

I'm so glad you relaxed her! I use the same Furminator. Nothing else works as well.
