No pic, but a Morgan update. I don't know if it's the prozac, time, or just one of those things, but Mogan is finally growing back some fur. Her rear paws no longer have pink skin showing. She did seem to be grooming less often and not biting herself so much while grooming, so I will give the prozac some credit. She's looking good.
They say cats have no concept of time, however since we came home after 10 days away, she's spent a lot of time sitting next to me, approaching me for affection. Last night she slept on the bed with us which hasn't happened in a long time. I think she might have missed having us around, though she did have daily visits from my son, daughter in law or my granddaughter.

We had a cat who hated me for 90% of her life and the last 10% love me. Sometimes cats, like people, warm up and come around.

^August 2011. Zoro was the Siamese, my best cat ever.
^Zoro telling Kyras who the boss was, right after we brought Zoro home.

It was 1983 when we acquired their first cat - Misty. Misty came from some MGA friends. In 1988, following the passing of our golden, we acquired another to fill the void. In 1991 a second cat, Peaches, was acquired but Misty out lived her. A second golden joined the household in 1992. Animals were taking over the house! Within a few years a stray showed up. Kitty passed on but then Donna found another set of stray kittens in the woods. One didn’t make it, but the second did, so we now had Dixie and were back to three cats and two dogs. Misty (the one I mentioned hated me for 90% of her life) lived a long time for a cat and did not pass away until 2004 at the age of 21 years.

Morgan was on and off our bed again last night. I had to move her once to get more room for my legs, and surprisingly, she didn't hop off the bed. She might be sleeping with us because she missed her humans while we were gone. Or, she could just want our body heat. The weather has warmed and the heat is not running. She usually spends a lot of time right in front of the heating vent in the living room. Another possibility is that the guest room where she also spends a lot of time was torn apart as we had it painted. We put the room back together today and the bed is freshly made just the way she likes it. Good thing animals don't run the homes of the people they live with.

After hearing about the poor little dog that was taken to a gravel pit and assassinated, I've pondered how Ziggy and all my pets have "ruled" my home. I cannot imagine murdering one of them because I failed in training them to behave better and abide by house rules. Our pets no matter what breed or type they are bring so much companionship and love but they do require a lot of training and care on our parts.

One of the most important rules in the Human Owners Manual. "Cat, you must always find a carpet/rug or bed to release the greenery you ate outside onto, when you come back inside."
Perfect! I hit the newest rug in the house, again!
^I'm such a proud cat!

Cats always aim for rugs instead of the wood or tile floor. Always

Our previous cat had digestive issues and yes the little bit of carpet we have was often preferred over tile or wood.
Morgan does not have that issue, thankfully. She is happy to have her room back. She was in one of her favorite spots on the guest bed today.
She has runny eyes. I clean them when ever she lets me. She was wanting me to sit in my chair yesterday
