I'm torn, part of me wants a Maine coon. Part of me values the freedom of jump in the car and go.
I have the opportunity to grab these two.

mentally wresting with the choice.
some little things annoy the crap out of me. like having to create a zelle or venmo account.

They're adorable. I've always loved Maine Coons but having allergies to cats kept me from owning one. As I understand it, they are great pets to have.

They must be from a new litter. How often do you jump in the car and go? I have no problem leaving mine alone for two nights. More than that and I'll have my next-door neighbor come over every other day.

Jerry, what are Barb's thoughts on kittens? How often do you plan to travel? I hope I don't get sucked into pet ownership again once Morgan is gone. We don't travel all that often, but I don't like to ask people to come over even if I'm paying them. I would like the freedom to be gone longer than we usually are. We max out at 10 days right now.
