They are beautiful, Dave.

Jim, good for you and Chris. I'm sure you feel the loss of Tara every day. Our house feels odd without a cat.

Jim, puppies are a handful . . . we've certainly learned that. In addition to our invisible fence which we plan to fire up soon, we started using a training collar which works from a remote you carry. We bought 100 flags at Tractor Supply for $11 and set up the boundry. Our's is really smart and knows what she should do . . . but is also strong headed and wants to chase the Amazon trucks with little to know warning. You won't have that issue with a total fenced in backyard.

Somehow we've become the neighborhood dog hangout. Example from today when I took the other picture. In addition to these we usually have one or two other neighbor dogs that join in. Its a circus.

Our house feels too empty without a cat......looking online at shelters. I knew I was lying when I said Thelma would be the last cat.

When our cat Hershey died my wife said no more animals. Four months later and she has been recently looking at cat rescue organizations. Time does heal all wounds.

That's good! My sister has a golden-doodle, Penny, like the one in the photo and she pays for her dog to stay in doogie day care, just so she can go play with other dogs.

I look forward to your new cats! My next cat will be furry. I have three short haired cats and miss my furry purry, Leo.

^12-30-2017. Leo was 6 months old when I adopted him and his fur got longer as he got older.

^7-18-2020.

^There's no husband in my picture but I've told myself to stop at three. Two is my preference.

Not "lying", Lainey! Just mistaken. I also changed my mind... LOL
