perspective does funny things in pictures. he's a lot closer to the lens, hence bigger.
and as for the smile, I've loved it for 45 years. she has aged very gracefully. No make up either.
of course Titan doesn't use make up either.

She is a beauty, Jerry. Your comment of loving the smile for 45 years makes my day! Yesterday would have been Jim's birthday and my daughter's s/o of almost 10 years (I consider him my son in law) came by yesterday afternoon and brought me a bouquet of yellow lilies. Yellow was his favorite color and I wore a yellow shirt in his honor. I really appreciate the thoughtful gift. We all loved Jim and he is sorely missed, but little by little we're learning to move forward and appreciate the great memories we have.

Keeping in mind the topic, Ziggy helps me make new memories as well.

^7-2-2022. Atticus is my big boy. I took him home from the Larimer Humane Society, as a feisty kitten, when I volunteered there. Atticus was in his own cage there because he was too rough with other kittens he had been caged with. He is four years-old and weighs 16 lbs., twice what my other three cats each weigh. He's a protector cat and reminds me of my first German Shepherd, Kyras, my best-dog-ever. Atty went after my next-door neighbor's cat, tumbled it in my driveway and then chased it for a long way, down a dirt hill, to its garage. I was so proud of Atticus and that forever changed my opinion of my fatty Atty. That cat, Lebowski, had been a problem since I moved into my house and shredded some of my window screens going after my loving Maine Coon mix boy, Leo, inside my own house. I never had any problems with Lebowski again after Atticus took care of him. Here, Atticus is in my bedroom catching sun coming in through the slider on the deck. Atticus has genetic gum problems and had nine teeth pulled in June at only 4 years-old. He gives me love bites but never hurts my other three cats. He's a very confident cat.
