Magnus is a South Russian Sheepdog. I rescued him from one of the local animal shelters here in Los Angeles about 3 1/2 years ago. He only weighed around 30lbs when I rescued him. Of course, now he weighs a ton

I had a friend who used to work at the animal shelter and had informed me about this dog who was so badly abused who needed to be rescued. Apparently, he was hit by a car. He was actually limping when I adopted him.

He was also adopted twice but obviously who ever adopted him didn't want him probably because of the medical bill they had to deal with.

Anyhow, to make the long story short, I rescued him instead (not knowing he would turn out to be a freakin' beast) because he was about to put to sleep.

As it turned out, we have one major thing in common: We both love to eat

Keep the turtle away from MsPerky. She's tough on Ohio turtles.
