^ Hey, Tom!! That's so great!

There were three kitties from a litter last fall, and we took two. Beamer is a short hair, but Jasmine seems to have most of the characteristics of a Maine Coon, but can that be if she's not pure bred? In any case, she's a gorgeous cat. I don't think she's going to be particularly big, but I can't say for sure. She's a little skittish, but I think that she'll mellow in time.

^^^The one on the right in the photo above definitely has a Maine Coon look, in fact it looks a lot like ours, coloring-wise. Teal'c's ears have tufts at the tips as Maine Coons should have. I believe that characteristic develops as they mature. The paws should be large when they are young, much like a large breed puppy; you know the saying, "Big paws, big dog".

I'd say they are probably not pure bred, as the other one doesn't look a lot like one, at least to me.

Nice cats, though!!!

Does someone need a Vintage Badge? I'll be happy to oblige upon receipt of Date of birth. Use a fake ID if you want.

Thank you for adopting stray animals. We have a stray who adopted us and our indoor cats came from an abusive home. I have always had animals from the shelter or just abandoned. Somehow, it makes them more special.
