Roxy is winning the battle but hopefully not the war. Non-stop-biting (puppy teething) when bored, especially in the evening, is too much. She even chews metal objects non-stop. I dragged out the 15 year old cage we had for our golden that was re-purposed. I scraped off the tray rust and am painting it. We order a car carrier that will serve as a bed room bed.
When she heard the news she stuck out her tougue.

Whenever my pups were teething and decided they wanted to chew on me I'd just grab hold of their tongue and not let go.
They figured it out pretty quick.
but pups are stupid, they will try and eat anything. if it will fit in their mouth they will try to swallow it.

This is not what I had in mind when you said it is a gated community!

They're big fans of the bean bag I have in the office.

I bought a used dog crate on Nextdoor.com and kept it folded to use as a gate. I should sell it but then for sure, I'd get a puppy and wish I had it. Nah. I was dreaming about puppies last night with wet poop all over the ground where you couldn't help but walk in it. It's funny what gets in your brain. The 60 mg CBD I'm taking lets me sleep well and dream a lot.

That's good to hear the CBD is still working for sleep. I paid a neighbor kid to roll the yard yesterday. He used his John Deere and roller which is about 1/3rd the size and weight of mine but I didn't want to hook up the water hoses yet. That and the short cut I gave the grass last time make it easy to clean up the pup's droppings.

She went up the stairs for the first time today. We can close all the doors up there but she can't get back down on her own yet, so I put the items in front of the stairs.
