We had gorgeous weather all day. Rain will arrive tomorrow. I had my semi annual mixed drink at the cookout. Some pineapple juice with booze or something...it was quite tasty. In the small world category a woman I've met once but have done business with for years showed up at the cookout as the date of a long time friend. Lots of laughs.
On the fun side I made a new friend. I had my camera with me and she was a willing subject. What a cutie. Her name is Kaiya. I miss my grandkids being this age.

I love my garage floors. If I was going to do it all over I'd do the same thing but go with a lighter color or one that's more white like I did in my Trabuco Canyon garage. I had it made rougher than the CA floor so it's not slippery when wet and that works well. When it gets too dirty I mop it. I vacuum it when leaves blow in. I love me a clean garage floor.

I bought this house in part because I have room for five cars. If I sell my California house I'll have room for all four of my blue Hondas.
