Dave as a seasoned veteran of many sinus infections.
a sinus rinse will do wonders. I think almost all drug stores have it.

The warmth feels good, the wash rinses all of the gunk out of your sinuses relieving the pressure and the saline mix helps dry out your sinuses.
Follow it of with cortisol spray.

Like you Jerry, this is not my first rodeo. I when I was kid I used to have doctor who used his version of a power washer rinse out my sinuses.

I have this sitting on the self, all the packets inside are past their expiration date (2015) ... doesn't get a lot of use.

And this was my choice for a spray.

But to answer Patricia's suggestion . . . I don't have a sinus issue as I at first believed. .. no pain in the sinus areas under the cheekbone today.

Feel better, Dave. Lots of Covid positive people have head cold/sinus type symptoms. Rick did. Even his teeth hurt from sinus pressure. I had blocked ears for a while.

Damn Covid is still cramping the styles of active people everywhere and ruining plans.

Donna has that too, she tired of hearing me complain.

I use ^that, too. Costco sells it and I buy it when it's on sale. Mega box.

Just a final comment, almost all of my sinus issues, except for an occasional real flare up, stopped after I had three dental implants and they packed some of the cavities for support.

Hope you get better soon Dave. Dr. Rob prescribes some of ‘grandpa’s cough medicine’ if you get my drift.

Every time we walk past the liquor store Vito asks me if I need any cough medicine.

I installed them today and they work. The installation was simple but I will give them awhile and see how they work.

Getting a script today for Paxlovid to keep COVID from getting worse. In hindsight (don't you just love it) I should have done a home test day one. Donna mentioned I should test but then said our kits had expired. If I had checked that I would have found out they had not expired! It's now day 5. Still having night sweats and chills; but body aches are not nearly as bad. So some progress.
