Yeah, same here, too. I do not have too many these days but one comes later rather than sooner. I am not in a hurry to file. It is nice to be able to download docs then upload them to my CPA’s website. Very convenient.

I have not checked carefully yet, but there are at least 5 that we have not gotten yet.

We often do not get the brokerage tax documents until end of February.

We have also learned not to file too early as we have received corrected documents as late as mid to late March. Heck, we have even received corrected statements as late as a year or more after we have filed the taxes!
I have one company that sends a corrected form sometimes in March it is a pain. My accountant started just getting everything ready before that and he works with the form when I get it.

That's a lot. Our list totals 9. I can download most from sites like Vanguard.

We have even less than that, Dave. Consolidated a couple things, no pensions, so just SS and IRA disbursements and a 1099 here and there.

Filed the taxes. Send me the $. .

Barb has ours mostly done. Just a few niggly 1099's waiting out there.
But she is spending the next 3 weeks in Seattle dog sitting this goober while our son goes off on vacation to Phuket.

That's Heimdahl, guardian of asgar or something like that.

In Norse mythology, Heimdall (from Old NorseHeimdallr) is a god. He is the son of Odin and nine mothers. Heimdall keeps watch for invaders and the onset of Ragnarök from his dwelling Himinbjörg, where the burning rainbow bridge Bifröst meets the sky. He is attested as possessing foreknowledge and keen senses, particularly eyesight and hearing. The god and his possessions are described in enigmatic manners.

Why is it that I can sit vertically in my office chair, mid-day in bright sunlight while trying to stay awake, I can drop off for an unsolicited nap like nobody's business
but then when I want to sleep in bed at night in the dark in a quiet room, I can toss and turn for 2 hours trying to fall asleep?

^I'm much the same. By mid-afternoon lately it's been a struggle to stop myself falling asleep on my keyboard, but after so many years of doing overnight work and callouts I find that no matter how tired I am I'm suddenly wide awake around 23:00.

I bought some ratcheting clamps through Amazon this morning, to hold shovels etc on the mini digger ROPS. Price was $79.83, but shipping to NZ would be $44,92. "Free shipping on orders over $80.50!" Dammit. I'm sure they do this just to make you buy more.

Yes I bought a second set. They got me.
