Why don't you like using it?

Its almost all woods to get there so its safer to drive the truck because the deer population is huge on the way there and back.
We feel the same way. We stick close to home on holiday weekends, we also try not to drive to destinations on a Friday if we are taking a road trip. Friday traffic is no fun.

Because they are more dangerous than an NSX!

You never know when you might hit a nail or something that can cause it to kick back. Relax for a second and you could be losing a limb.

I’m not a fan of chainsaws either. I’ve only worked with one guy who I really trusted being around while operating a chainsaw.

Had a songwriter/author show up today. He'd written a children's book and when you open it there's a scan code that brings up Pandora and he sings the words to the book. Beautifully illustrated The concept worked great. We bought some autographed copies. Good idea.

Finally got verification on my troubles, turns out I'm growing a very healthy stone in my left kidney, currently at 0.4in in diameter, which sounds decent. No mention of lihotripsy (sonic blasting to break up stone) so it seems it'll soon be time for me to host a game of Asteroids, internally. Somewhat annoyingly I have 3 weeks' leave booked, starting next week, and I'm assistant manager at a national youth brass band camp after that, so this is roughly the worst time for this to come up.

Since we changed our travel plans we are headed to the great state of ME for an overnight. Will make stops in Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunkport, some of my favorite places.
Lunch here if it works with our arrival/first stop: Maine Diner

Stop here on Thursday AM Maine Car Museum

The week were were supposed to be in Canada, we may try for a few days on Cape Cod. I have a painter coming to paint the guest room and I'd rather give him the key and leave. Looked up hotels, motels, airbnb's last night. Could not find what I wanted. Not ready to reserve a place if the reservation can't be cancelled. Will be a last minute decision, based on weather. If it happens, it happens....
