Well since I can't drive at the moment and I have to ride in the backseat, I might as well make it a nice backseat.
They have an older more affordable S560 Maybach 4matic. They're nice since the have as much legroom in the back as the front.
if you put the passenger front seat forward, you can fully recline.
No urgent plans.

The broken tooth got me moved up in the line at the oral surgeon's office. Consult tomorrow. Let's get this party started!

Thanks for the reminder! I called to get on the cancellation list of my podiatrist and ended up changing to a different podiatrist/surgeon with an opening tomorrow at 1:30 PM. Yay! It's been over 5 weeks of this foot pain.

Michael and I are going to Rocky Mountain National Park, and Sprague Lake, tomorrow using a 3 PM to 4 PM entry pass on Bear Lake Road. I hope to see the moose mom and her babies. No hiking this trip. We may drive on the Old Fall River Road but I've read it's in bad shape this year. I may drive my Pilot.

^8-18-2022. On Old Fall River Road in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Hope you had a nice afternoon, Patricia, let us know how you make out with the foot!
My toe is improving, saw the oral surgeon today. They may try to squeeze me in before my trip to Canada. They prefer people not leave town right after the dental surgery. I'm in agreement there. If there's an issue, don't want to be in Canada.
He feels I'll do just fine with nitrous and some valium for the extraction and implant appointments. That saves about $1K there! So many other things I'd prefer to do with the kind of $ an implant costs.......it is what it is.......

I'm glad your foot is improving. Is your toe still buddy taped and if so, how long will you keep it that way?

I'm really hoping for a better answer to my problem than my primary care woman gave me.

Where is your bad tooth? My implant was the far back bottom right molar, #31. (Wisdom tooth is #32)

#21 is the tooth in need of replacing.
I just wanted to get my ducks in a row and called my dentist asking how much the crown was. I thought it would be more than the last one, but it's less. At one point I was quoted more than twice the price of the last one and asked her to check again. Apparently some folks see the endodontist for the implant/pin and the cost she quoted me was for the endodontist and the crown. The dentist didn't recommend that option, but maybe we had already skipped right to an oral surgeon who can do implants.

The toe is still buddy taped. It's feeling better. I will continue taping it for the week, though some folks don't bother. I'm going to try spin class tonight.....

Edit: Moved to the head of the class. Tooth extraction and bone grafting scheduled for 8/22/23. Almost two months ahead of what was originally planned. I guess it's a good thing that tooth broke off.

I got a shot of cortisone in my foot and a boot. Hopefully this helps.

Patricia, what did they say your issue is? Is the boot to rest the joint?

Flts, you've been missing your dancing shoes for some time now!!
