No that's a bargain. Send me the location. A little soap and water, some paint, and an easy flip.

What were they thinking? I’d sure fire that agent!

^ Looks like a "drive-by shooting" pic - the agent couldn't be bothered stopping so held their phone out the window and fired away.

If this house is in certain parts of CA, it doesn't matter. It will be sold for an outrageous sum. It's about location.

I have a cleaning recommendation. I used this stand-up device to clean the shower tile walls and floor and bathtub. But it can be used on lots of things. So you do not have to bend over and ruin your back trying to scrub. I was very happy with the results. It has two speeds, four brushes for different tasks and the handle adjusts for length and angle of brush.

Deb, I really should get one of those handy cleaning devices. Right now I still stand on the edge of the bathtub to clean the walls of the shower. Not really a good idea....

Flu shot done. A bit of a wait at the pharmacy. Friday afternoon was a bit busy. Should have scheduled it for mid morning, early afternoon, retired people hours. Will make Covid vaccine appointments for early October.
