Mohs Monday was horrible, I don't know what I was thinking.

7:45 AM seriously ugh I'm dying here.
Oh the procedure was almost unremarkable.
Got it all on the first excision, stitched up nicely.as I am told. dissolving type.
of course, I think it is still numb. we'll see how it feels later tonight.

I came up with an idea for Saturday Night Live, Mohs Samurai. hi- yah!!!

What was horrible....? Needles in a tender part of your ear?

Maybe having the procedure at 7:45 am on a Monday morning was the horrible part.

Jerry, I hope the recovery goes well.

I had to get out of bed at 6:00 F***ing AM. It was horrible.

otherwise? yeah everything else was cool.
The initial lidocaine shot was a little annoying some might say painful but I'm a big boy and had my big boy pants on.
Once they put that in I couldn't feel ANYTHING except for some gentle vague tugging.

I think I posted in the Covid thread that after 2-1/2 months off, my daughter recovered enough from Covid to go back to work at the Denver Zoo. She put these posts on her Facebook page in the past 24 hours.

So happy to be back at work after a 2.5 month long-covid hiatus. I missed these faces! (For those who haven't been following along with their story, Cerah's mom/Berani's mate passed away unexpectedly back in Dec of 2020 due to a degenerative heart condition. Naturally, orangutan fathers don't participate in caring for their offspring, but Berani has been tending to Cerah's every need.)
