What a bad time to have a tooth fall apart; three days before Christmas in a new town. First a chunk fell off and then the big filling fell out. I have the outside shell of the tooth left with a huge hole in it. I have a wonderful dentist in California and she's the only one I trust. I tried to get in touch with one here and she's out on maternity leave. At least it doesn't hurt or rub my tongue.
Hang in there kid. It only gets worse!

That is very bad timing! Hope you find one soon. And you get the BP issue sorted out.

Just got done with the doctor and my blood pressure was 132/88. Not bad and no new medication prescribed. I have an appointment for five days from now for my broken tooth. It's sunny and the people here are lovely. It's gonna be okay.

My Omron machine shows the cutoff at 135 and 85. The higher numbers were considered OK for older folks, but now I'm seeing more and more recommendations that we all need to shoot for 120/70 - "120-139/70-89 is pre-hypertension, if consistently in this range."

Interesting. I'm all for not stroking out/heart attack which did in my mom and her mom. I'll get my BP monitor tomorrow and see what's up. I'm enjoying "just taking four Rxs" for now with no noticable side effects. Well, except for the good they do.

OMG, Patty, relax, and enjoy. 132/88 is fine. Life is good. Relax. You are going to live to see Legal Bill repaint his car again in 2037. And still wonder if it matches.... like it did new.

They checked my BP in the ER last night, 130/60. And that was in profound pain.
I'm getting to celebrate the holidays with some uninvited guests in the form of kidney stones.
For some reason 3 days ago I started getting muscular back spasms.
Those sneaky little buggers saw the opportunity to sneak up on me undetected.

Yikes...those are really painful. I hope they resolve themselves soon!

That's a heck of rough way to get a BP reading. Hope you make it home for Christmas.
