Scoots, what is your idea of "best bourbon" ? I've got a bunch of it that I have collected and never opened, curious to know what serious bourbon lovers like. I picked it up during my travels through Kentucky but I never really drank it.

I’m not a serious bourbon drinker. By ‘the best’ I mean what ever you got at the time!

There are a few I like but others may not. It is all up to the individual and their taste.
