What flavor?

Won't she notice when she goes to get some ice cream for herself? Or, does she not eat ice cream?

Maybe, you better just finish up the rest of it, and then maybe she might actually forget that you had it in the freezer.

She buys it for the grandkids. One likes Chockkkkkkkklet and the other Vaaaaaanela; which was selection last night. Now and then when Donna does want ice cream she has to have bananas, with toppings like strawberries and hot fudge!

I dismantled a pair of SU carbs to send the carb body in for new shafts since its been 53,000 miles since I last did it on this set. The carbs have pressed in brass bushings which have to be replaced at the same time new shafts are installed. Its not a job for your average shade tree mechanic so I'll be sending them to Joe Curto in NY who specializes in rebuilding carbs. SU's rely on vacuum to operate properly and over time as the shafts and bushes wear they form a leak which reduces how well they operate. Given the complexity of today's computer cars you have to love the simplicity of SU's which only have about four moving parts.

I will be sending out a Lucus fuel pump as well to Tom Ball in OH who specializes in rebuilding them. The one that died on me this summer had 22,000 miles on it. Not all that much but it is Lucas! This one will serve as a travel spare for that very reason.

We got a Christmas card from my brother in law in SC today. I sent him a text to thank him, (I don't sent out cards) and he said he was continuing with my sister's tradition. Then he made me laugh telling me I was on the naughty list as I don't send cards. My sister kept a spread sheet as to who sent her cards and who she sent them to. If she had not received a card in two or three years you'd be off her list. Makes sense. He gave me a "special dispensation" by sending me a card.
