I'm with Lainey on this! Howard Hughes and some other notables have exhibited a paranoid fear of bacteria and tried to isolate themselves from contact at all costs. 
But the whole world is crawling with the critters, and so for survival we evolved --over a few million years -- some pretty tough immune systems to protect us from the bad guys. If I start to worry about my beloved lemon wedges, where do I stop? I think I'll just forget about the health people and go try that new restaurant -- the Ratatouille!
