Sorry, but I just did the 11 hours each way of seat time and since I am part of the SF12 coalition, .

 

I did over twenty four hours each way for the Nor'Easter. I don't think I could do it today, though.

 

Did anyone listen to this Car Talk Show #1120with the third caller, a woman named Jennifer that was complaining about having to attend Miata meets with her husband of two years? Does this show familiar to anyone? The Plant Pixie and I were listening to the Pod Cast today while driving to visit her Mother and were laughing our A$$es off.

 

Sounds good. We will try our darnest to be there.

Haven't been around much, but I'm in for this.

Just DID a Hagerstown run a few weeks ago with the 4 Gettysburg Gathering group leaders, plus Mr. Canbera It's great countryside...

 

I drove 12 hours to get to Watkins Glen, drove to the Nor'Easter, drove to Cape May and have driven many, many hours north to many meets. Y'all are just big babies!!! I'm just not physically willing or able to make those long drives anymore and my +1 has decided he's done with flying after years and years of cross country flying for his employer. I've enjoyed all the meets we've attended and have good friends here, so my participation from pretty much now on will be on this forum unless you guys wish to visit this area. We may head to Florida in the winter, but otherwise we just are not up for these long trips anymore. I'll just have to content myself to live vicariously through those of you who post pics and relate your experiences.

 

Antietam....Oh yea !!! Been there many times...Some awesome roads around the area !!! This will have to go "On-the-Cal ".....
