No. I did not have that built in. They were charging the same amount on the room as if you were a walk in. Another reason was there are a lot of very nice places in town to have breakfast. Jim knows a great place for breakfast

I had to fly in and out of Philly for a while.
30 to 40% of flights were delayed.
If a cloud covers the sun that worth at least 20 minutes and rain.. fuggedaboutit.

FYI...I called the hotel to confirm the cancellation policy. Here it is:

More than two weeks before: Forfeit 25% of the $100 deposit = $25.

Less than two weeks before: Forfeit the whole $100.
