Yes, Feb 15 is the cutoff. Not sure how many rooms are left at the inn. As of Dec 16, 21 members had registered. Must be higher by now. I think he booked a block of 40 rooms.

The cut off is early due to the area.I'm sure they don't have difficulty renting rooms in May. If you know of anyone who does not frequent the boards often, you might want to let them know, they need to register soon, or they may miss out on the event.

John let me know when you decide.

Jim, you and Chris are added to the dinner list.

I saw 48.50 for one lobster tail!

Makes me chuckle being a Mainer and knowing that lobster on the dock right now is bringing barely $4.00 a pound and your avg lobster tail is less than 8 ounces.

Lobster is inexpensive here too and the restaurants are still charging handsomely for it. If people want it, they'll pay the price. Tourist areas are always more expensive. That's the way it is.

Back on topic please.

A supermarket chain has been having lobster sales for the last month. $4.95 or $5.95 any size. We've had five pounders twice. Deliciuos with enough left over from each to make a lobster roll. The lobsters come from Canada.

Actually May is very popular in Cape May. The weather is starting to get nice and weddings abound, as do lower cost business meetings and car event, yes car events apparently are quite popular in CM.
