Yesterday was my sister's birthday. Today she is heading for the Cleveland Clinic (the branch in FL) for some medical tests. Hoping for the best.

Yesterday (born 8-8-88) was also my son's (22nd) birthday. He left Santa Barbara at 6 am, to fly to Winnipeg. He's presenting a paper he authored with his Prof. on computational geometry algorithms, I think. His Prof. had to be some place else so Kyle was asked to present it. roudmom: He'll be home on Thursday and on Sunday, I'll be picking up Christa at John Wayne airport and heading up to Kyle's to celebrate his birthday.
