I believe someone was asking a few weeks ago about if anyone ever received any checks from SEC filings against investment firms. I have received several of these notices for stocks/mutual funds that I owned that went South because of fraudulent investing. Today I actually received a check from one of those investment firms. I never expected anything back on any of these investments, if this is a sign of things to come, I'm expecting more.

Has anyone else ever received any reimbursement?

 

No, but I'd sure like to have a cut of the legal bills.
