Gene, we have a person in the MG club who refuses to install them. I've shown him pictures when my car was totaled. I'd be dead if it wasn't for seat belts. And, if I had installed the non-period 3-point belts like I have now, I likely would not have been injured. My personal story and vivid pictures has not changed his mind as far as I know.
