I have the opposite problem. I am 5'4". Like to drive with the balls of my feet so my seat is all the way back. Length is no problem, but I am also short-waisted so the curve in the seat hits me in the wrong place in my back (in all cars) and the headrest is in the wrong place on my head. If I push my fanny all the way to the back of the seat it seems a little better, but I can't sit like that all the time. What to do?

Lumbar pillow...you can get those that strap on or just something like an airplane pillow. Just FYI, though, driving that far back usually has your arms more or less straight while you're driving, which gives you less control in steering (which is especially important in a loss-of-control situation or an evasive-maneuver situation).

No, my arms are freakishly long. Steering distance is just fine. Signed...Monkey girl.
