Talking S.E.X.

The lyrics from a Nickelback song called S.E.X. on the new Dark Horse CD include:

...S is for the simple need
E is for the ecstasy
X is just to mark the spot
Cause thats the one you really want...

Nickeback is my favorite group. I like the entire CD that just came out last Tuesday. How often does that happen? That you like an entire CD? That is assuming that you buy CDs.

Hey, at least when we get old we don't need these anymore.

I like some of Nickelback's stuff. Some of it is a bit too "hard rock" for me.

Often times, I'll listen to a few songs of a CD on Amazon, and there are more often more I dislike on the CD than ones I like.

I've not bought any CD's in a while, nor do I download music. I'm so far out of the loop on who's in and who's out in the music/movie world.

Yesterday I was out with my granddaughter, and she was right at the CD's telling me of someone whose music her mother likes. I never heard of the guy.

Last night Jerry and I watched the American Music Awards. That sure made me feel old. Never heard of most of the winners. Guys probably loved the show. Lots of leg and thigh.

I've never heard of Nickleback, how old does that make me?

I have heard of S.E.X. In fact, I hear it's pretty good.

Nickeback has some very sexy songs. Very sexy beat too. Someone told me they have a good beat.

Ah Patty, always with my favorite posts and subjects

I like some stuff by Nickelback, I will checkout their latest via iTunes

Very rare I like an entire "album" anymore. But it's also VERY rare to actually buy a CD anymore since I can just grab songs I like for 99 cents and not spend money on the whole thing.

Do you know what the kids say about Nickelback? "Nickelback exists so that old people have new music too."

Now there's a thread....What is the best song you can think of to to?

I vote for dire straits fade to black.
