If you're using IE9 (baaah baaaah) like me and you're still having issues try this:

Click the Tools tab -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab -> Accelerated Graphics -> Click the checkbox "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering".

Seems to help a bit - but I still have to hit stop - then click the thread again sometimes - but only on s2ki.

Lately I'm getting a lot of these errors (only with S2Ki):

A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
Does anybody else have this same issue? I may have to hit "reload" a few times to get it to work.

Yes, I am having that problem, too. I sometimes get the error message when I am trying to read posts or reply to posts. I am using Firefox.

And, I almost always get the error message when I am trying to do searches to find something specific.

In fact, I had answered your question about an hour ago, but my response didn't get posted because it "timed out."

Edited to say that I only have the problem with s2ki, too. I don't have the problem with any other boards that I visit.

I still have problems from time to time, just now when I tried to respond to another post.

It's a PIA that they (powers that be) have not figured this out yet!

The "time out" problem is especially bad this morning. It is very frustrating to have to retry many times just to get to the unread posts.
