WTF?? The OP here was incoherent, so I don't have a clue what this is about. I can say that I, from both Florida and Colorado, have seen no interruptions of service of any significance this month. HPH

I am logging in from my Net Book. I have to state that Internet Brands has been most helpful in helping me troubleshoot this issue. It seems that our desk top PC has been "taken out" by a very well written "worm". Tonight at 18:05 EST I got a pop up from "Win 7 2012" without me ever downloading that virus protection (Malware) and it has now totally blocked all Internet connectivity. The only thing that I can access is a site to "fix" the problem for $69.95 which according to Noam at Internet Brands is a bogus "SCAM" website.
Noam (Internet Brands) and I have been trying to find away around this very well written WORM that eludes detection and MUCH to my dismay McAfee Total Protection did not catch. This is the SECOND time that McAfee has let me down. over the last couple of years.
I have to state that Internet Brands have been VERY helpful and patient in helping me work through this issue. Our Net Book is painfully slow and of course the screen is small so we are both going through S2Ki.com withdrawal.

Glad that you're working it out Matt.
I have skipped the McAfee stuff that comes "free" from Comcast, and us www.eset.com which was recommended by Microcenter when I bought my last desktop. It has not let me down....yet

Matt...those worms are a real drag. I've had one, which my bro was able to fix for me, thank goodness. Good luck!

I still use Norton at work, but at home on the PC and netbook I use the free Microsoft essentials and Malwares. Something still "got into" the netbook a while back, and I was able to restore it to a few days previous. Got real lucky.
I'm still on the last maintenance. I'm getting those pop up banners from time to time, and I've change nothing on any computer I use. I didn't get them before.
Hope things are cleared up soon, Matt.

Go Mac. Sorry for your problems Matt, Norton did not stop me from getting a similar virus a few years back with Windows.
