Ford falcon, Thunderbird, buick skylark, Pontiac firebird. Those are the first that come to mind.

Beep Beep! There was a Plymouth Roadrunner. That's the state bird of New Mexico.

In 1953 Studebaker also had a beautiful little Starliner hardtop coupe. In 1956 they garishly restyled it with fins, supercharged it, and renamed it the Golden Hawk. I have a 1/18 model of it with actual roll down windows.

(But the original was a real classic.)

No German cars are named after birds unless a WWII fighter plane counts as a bird. The remnants of the Messerschmitt factory built a small car after the war ended -- called the Messerschmitt (Kabinenroller, literally, 'scooter with a cockpit').
