Default Passionate Apathy

I got to wondering: Is it possible to be "passonately apathetic"?

What do you think? If so, what are you passionately apathetic about?

Yes I'm that way about catching fish.
I love fishing passionately. I learned a long time ago however if I'm don't give a shit if they bite, I catch more. I believe in the kiss and release theory, I don't think the fish care at all.

I'm also that way about pro football. I once was a big vikings fan. Now I don't care.

This would require some thought which would interrupt my feelings of apathy. Hmmm -- I'll think about this one.

I was once a member of the Students for Apathy club in college. Never went to any of the meetings though...

I'm really motivated to not add anything to this thread. That would be too much work.

I'm very passionate about my S2000, but I really don't give a rat's a$$ about yours.

Is that passionate apathy?

Well, at least Darlene did not use the phrase that many people do. "I'm trying to think".
