Herman,I don't need to remind you of this as I am fairly certain that you know with your mind and intellect that research has shown that exercise and activity is helpful at any age. Lack of activity is the enemy.

You are one of the most interesting people that I have met in my lifetime and I look forward to our next conversation together. I am curious to know your opinion about Verizon's claims to have the most advanced 4G network in the world when IMHO they do not meet the ITU 4G standard because the infrastructure does not exist in the U.S. yet?
