^What he said! I sometimes eat them until I get to the ones that won't open without a nutcracker - and sometimes I get out the nutcracker.

 

I'm not too crazy about the vines myself but they work if nothing else is available. My favorite is the red licorice pinwheels. They have a different taste that I prefer. My local grocery store had a candy section with self-serve tubs and I could get this item for $3.99/lb. Then, they got rid of the self serve section and now it's $10/lb. or more at specialty candy stores. I not adept at posting images but you probably have seen these. Also, in the last five years or so, I have become somewhat addicted to JuJu bees. One large box is good for a coast to coast round trip.
