Thanks to everyone for the great weekend! We are one wild and crazy group! I had nothing to do with the Love Couch, I was in my room reading the Bible the whole evening, sorry I missed the fun!

And I was in the adjacent room all night praying for this group of kissy/touchy/feely cutups. Sorry I missed all the fun and any pictures of me were definitely photoshoped in for effect.

What a blast and my sides are still hurting.

Just checking in really fast to see if everyone got home okay. My heart is so full it just may burst!! You guys are absolutely wonderful and I you all to death. I have so many thank yous to say that I guess I'll have to buy a great big carton of stationary and start writing. We got home late yesterday afternoon and my house was a huge disaster. Apparently someone who was house and dog sitting for me decided it was okay to invite HER friends over and they apparently had almost as much fun as I did in Gettysburg. Suffice it to say a few house rules were broken, but it'll be fine in a few days. Last night I had to shampoo the carpet in the family room, so its in total disarray and drying today. All my beautiful gabbeh rugs are outside airing out and drying from being shampooed. The washer and dryer are running full speed and all my linens are stripped from the beds. After I wash the S (glad my priorities are in order), I'll be tackling the nasty kitchen and bathrooms. I was supposed to be going to a joint birthday luncheon with a couple of friends who share my birthday today, but I had to cancel out to take care of business. I'll be busy the next few days and my daughter will have a difficult time sitting down on her posterior which has my footprint in the back of it , but I still love her and I'm a forgiving person. I'm just glad there doesn't appear to be any permanent damage (and that we left the Jeep with an empty gas tank) .

It's funny...the +1 and I call our guest bedroom "The Love Shack". Maybe we need to invite all of you "Love Couchers" up/down/over for a visit. I missed that action, since I was in the room...(fill in the blanks). Teehee...

Life is soooo much more fun in Vintage.
That is so true. We have had so much fun since joining in here, it's worth every mile on the car.

Yes, Vito and I had a wonderful time...got to tour the battlefield twice. Went to the electronic map exhibit of the battle at the Visitor Center museum with Jim (S1997) and Legal Bill on Sunday before we left. Very interesting and helped clarify the events of the war for me. Stopped on the way home at Catoctin Mountain Orchard and bought apples, etc. Yum...

As always, great to see everyone and meet some newbies. Looking forward to another fun meet at Spring Fling 07.
the electric map is awesome! i havne't seen it since i was in elem. school but either way it really helps with the war timeline

I'm not going down alone. Wait that doesn't sound right. I just keep digg'n the hole deeper and deeper.
Sorry HTG, that grin on your face says it all. Pictures always speak louder than words. It'll be hard to top the double decker one but you come in a close second with that "I've hit the motherlode" grin.

Anybody notice that Lil Tup has been awful quiet? He's the one that started it all!
