^ Yep...that is how I have been watering my orchids for a long time.

 

Orchid stalk is growing pretty fast. Now have four buds. Hope it keeps going and the flowers are nice. Will be interesting to see what color they are.

Good morning, all. Love the sunrise, Deb.

Chilly here this morning. Mid 40s and not expected to hit 60 today. Its expected to be like this all week, and I'll take it.

Love the sunrise photos. If it were just a bit warmer, maybe I'd get out of bed to try a sunrise shot. No reason not to............it's not like I have to be anywhere.

 

Out looking for/at nature to kill some time in the afternoons. I've seen tree swallows in the past, but never been able to capture a decent shot. I've posted elsewhere we have stopped where they have some nesting boxes so they are hanging around this time of year. Yesterday, one was kind enough to land right near me on a tree branch. Also the Canada goose makes a heck of a mess pooping everywhere, but these little "soon to be" pooping machines were pretty darn cute.
