Patricia requested a pic of my pic when it was on the wall. Doesn’t look much different than previously posted pics. It is pretty dramatic in size. As mentioned there is no theme in the pics I have in that room. Trying to do that would make my brain hurt.

In lousy light. The rain continues

You can see the color of the room in this pic. The yellow is a different shade than previously. I liked that the photo/canvas has yellow in the center, even if the other colors aren't in the room. I have antique, very antique furniture in this room. Sometimes I think it's just too Grandma -ish, but the quality is amazing and it suits me. I should think of another solution besides that lacy thing on the dresser. The dressers have glass tops and I placed these under the glass as you don't want the glass sitting directly on the wood. There were little felt pads which raised the glass a bit, but not sure that's the best thing at this point, given the age of the furniture.
PS: Ally's pink hair in her graduation pic on the dresser goes with the pink of the flower.

Patricia it's a lot of work and $ to maintain three properties. Do you ever think of downsizing the Cali house, condo, or someplace smaller, less upkeep, but somewhere to go when you need a break from CO winters?

Yes, I have thought of that. I'm too lazy. I just love the view and easy going neighborhood with the three car garage.

I love your print up!

Interesting case of species cross dependence.
Moth must mature during flowering and I suspect moths are largely responsible for pollination.
Global warming changing the timing of flower maturation could wipe out both.

I think that's a high compliment. Thanks! The cygnets added a nice touch too.
I've stopped at that nature trail more times than I can count. I see the same old, same old many days. I've seen the swans many, many times. I had never even seen them making their little before. It made my day to see it and photograph it. Because I'm pickier/critical that I used to be, I would have liked their eyes to be in sharper focus.........but I'll take it. Maybe I can enter the photo into a photo calendar contest and buy Rick a beer with my earnings.
