Me too! Saturday is the anniversary of her passing, so I thought of that right away. The timing and all that.....

One of the first changes I ever did to my S2000 was to change the alignment as recommended by Honda UK after they pounded S2000’s around MIRA’s test track for several days trying alternate settings. In Britain the specs for the early model years, such as my 2001, were revised with a Honda Tech Service Bulletin .

Front camber was changed from -0 deg 30 min to -1 deg 00 min.

Rear camber from -1 deg 30 min to -2 deg 00 min.

Front caster was changed from 6.0 deg to 6 deg 45 min (6.75)

Total toe in front remained the same 0 mm but rear from in 6 mm (1/4”) to total 0 deg 40 min (0 deg 20 min per side) or + 0.32° (+16° per side).

All of their corrections were for understeer changes to make the steering feel slightly heavier for more feedback.

A Monarch spent some time in the yard, while I was cleaning the kitchen. The cleaning of the kitchen was paused!

Here is a truly terrible photo that brought back a truly sweet memory. My first ever car. I was 19. The car was $500. The place was San Antonio, TX.

My aunt was going through some old stuff while preparing for a move from Delaware to Florida.
