Odds and Ends Vintage Photos XI

Ally had been using a surgical cap to cover the pink hair when working as a tech in the ICU. She wasn't sure of protocol. She has to cover it during clinical training per the nursing school, but had not been covering it when she works in the ER. One of the nurses, or someone in mgt, told her she does not need to cover her hair. They allow individualism when it comes to that.
It really is troll pink.....when it fades out I prefer the shade of pink, but she then dyes it again.
However, it's her choice, not mine. I'd guess I'd rather have a nursing student/graduate with pink hair and an average of almost 4.0 take care of me, then someone with sensible hair who barely squeaks by in school.
Can't judge the book by the cover and all that.
